This class is open to all levels and abilities.
Multiple options are given and you are encouraged to practice at your own pace and honor your own needs.

Early Bird Yoga
Join us early morning to greet the day with a slow flow and strength building practice. Move into your day with awareness and ease.
A Gentle practice suitable for Every Body with the intention to unwind and gently relax the body and mind
Yoga on the Deck
Practice outside on our new deck in the back garden. An all levels class with multiple options and, as always, encouragement to "choose your own adventure"
