Basics of Yoga
Learn the basics of Yoga

This workshop will be the last Sunday of the month. It will answer your questions about yoga and teach you the basic to feel comfortable in class or doing yoga on your own.
Your space in class is held by your reservation. Cancellations can be made up to 2 hours prior to the start time of class at which point you will be charged and your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist. Classes can be reserved starting twenty-one days before and up to 20 minutes before the start of class.
