This practice is intended for EVERY BODY. Move slowly through gentle poses. Emphasis is on releasing and opening rather than working vigorously. Followed by Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). The combination of releasing and relaxing, bringing a boost to your week.
Your space in class is held by your reservation. Cancellations can be made up to 2 hours prior to the start time of class at which point you will be charged and your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist. Classes can be reserved starting twenty-one days before and up to 20 minutes before the start of class.
